Information you provide directly
- Email address — when you use the free audit tool, contact us, or sign up for early access. Used to send your report and follow up about the product.

- Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, and session information, collected via Vercel Analytics. This data does not include personally identifiable information and is not shared with third parties for advertising.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing
The Arla audit tool uses Anthropic's Claude API to analyze your ticket data and generate findings. When you submit a CSV for analysis, anonymized ticket subject lines and descriptions are sent to Anthropic for processing. No customer names, contact information, or account identifiers from your ticket data are included in what we send to Anthropic.
Anthropic's use of data submitted through their API is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy. By using the Arla audit tool, you acknowledge that your ticket data (in anonymized form) will be processed by Anthropic.
